What does a typical work day look like for you?

My best days start with an early workout, a Starbucks iced coffee, and then I’m off to work to see how I can help our great teams deliver great work for our great customers.

What is your favorite place in your office?

Any place other than my desk and off the phone. I love to walk around and talk to different teams to really hear what is going on with the work, what are the challenges, and see how I can help.

What is the best part of your job?

Receiving customer feedback. I love to hear directly from customers on what we are doing well and how we can improve. Our teams work extremely hard and are passionate about the work we do, and customer feedback keeps us on track to achieve our mission: to be the BEST in the industry!
