How communication, multimedia and language can add value to virtual clinical trials

Ongoing clinical trials have been suspended or modified in large numbers and the race for a vaccine for Covid-19 triggers rapid clinical trial conduct and regulatory approvals.

Even though virtual clinical trials may have accelerated out of necessity during the crisis rather than planning, the benefits of virtual or hybrid clinical trial execution are starting to show in the clinical research environment. For remote trial conduct to be a success within global clinical programs, trial sponsors need to build execution models that incorporate communication, technology and language strategies.

In this webinar, Lionbridge will talk about the implications of Covid-19 on the current clinical trial landscape and offer perspectives on the value of multimedia, language and electronic data capture of clinical outcomes assessments. Working effectively in a virtual or hybrid multinational trial environment is demanding on your communication efforts as a trial sponsor.

Lionbridge subject matter experts will address some of the communication challenges that trial sponsors are faced with in a virtual trial environment, and with specific focus on communication to patients and sites.
